Famill Property Limited is the data controller for the personal data you give us on this site. We're a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14061481. What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number, your property experience, and whether you'd like to receive marketing from us.

Why we use it

To send you the guide and follow up about it. If you opted in, we'll also send you PLO tips and news about new guides and video lessons (some of which may be paid).

Our lawful basis

Legitimate interests for delivering the guide and a follow-up about it. Consent for marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in our CRM, ClickUp. ClickUp is based in the United States, so your data may be stored or processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it's protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and for no more than 3 years after we last heard from you.

Unsubscribing and your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask to see, correct or delete your data, by emailing info@famillproperty.co.uk or calling 07837 669551.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
